GENERAL BILL by Finance & Taxation ; Albright ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Casey

Taxation; provides exemption for not-for-profit water & wastewater corporations; specifies time period within which DOR & DBPR may determine & assess amount of certain taxes, penalties, or interest due beginning 07/01/2002; amends provision to allow municipality to levy tax on water service outside municipal boundaries if agreement is reached by specific date, etc. Amends FS.
