GENERAL BILL by Brown-Waite

Pharmacy Benefit Program; establishes said program for certain low-income persons, under AHCA; provides eligibility; provides for processing & payment of claims; provides requirements for participation by pharmaceutical manufacturers; provides for purchase of medications from foreign sources; provides for Medicare prescription discount as condition for pharmacy participation in pharmacy benefit program & Medicaid program, etc. Creates 430.072. APPROPRIATION: $40,250,000.
