GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; King ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) KURTH

Boating Safety; amends provision re regulation of vessels by municipalities or counties; provides for boating accident report forms; revises provisions re reckless or careless operation of vessel; revises divers-down flag requirements; amends provision re boating under influence (BUI); revises blood & breath alcohol levels; amends provision re operation of vessels by persons under 21 years of age who have consumed alcoholic beverages, etc. Amends FS.
