GENERAL BILL by Saunders

Managed Care; requires AHCA to establish Statewide ManagedCare Ombudsman Office to direct managedcare ombudsman program; requires that managedcare ombudsman office contract with district managedcare ombudsman organizations to assist consumers in resolving complaints against managedcare plans; provides for pilot project to test such program; provides for funding such program through assessment on health plan premiums, etc. Repeals 641.60.75.
