Florida Statutes; repeals various provisions of law that have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; repeals provision re umbrella trust fund for developmentally disabled & mentally ill persons; repeals provision re exemption from fingerprinting requirements for summer camp personnel, provisions of which are published elsewhere in statutes, etc. Amends & Repeals various FS.
