Florida Statutes; repeals various statutory provisions that have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; repeals specified provision re assessment of certain manufacturing or industrial plants or facilities demolished & reconstructed for pollution control purposes; repeals provision re cancellation of tax certificates on riparian rights separate from land, etc. Repeals & Amends FS.
