Injunctions for Protection/Minors; establishes cause of action through which parent or legal guardian may obtain injunction for protection against adult whose actions threaten wellbeing of minor child; provides for hearing; requires court to conduct hearing within specific time; requires clerk of court to provide certain information to sheriff or law enforcement agency; provides immunity for law enforcement officers under certain circumstances, etc. Creates 784.049; amends 901.15.
