GENERAL BILL by Governmental Rules & Regulations ; Financial Services ; Prieguez ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Cantens ; Ritchie ; Bense ; Johnson ; Lynn

Unclaimed Property; revises provisions re Disposition of Unclaimed Property law to refer to property considered abandoned as unclaimed property; provides additional criterion for certain property in financial organizations being presumed unclaimed; authorizes payment of unclaimed funds by electronic transfer; includes statecertified public accountants among persons authorized to file claims as owner's representatives, etc. Amends Ch. 717, 732.107, 493.6102.
