GENERAL BILL by Johnson
Sexual Predator Prosecution Act; creates "Sexual Predator Prosecution Act of 2000"; requires any sentence for sexual battery or murder to be imposed consecutively to any other sentence for sexual battery or murder which arose out of separate criminal episode; authorizes custodian of local jail to provide certain written certification to DOC when delivering prisoner into custody of department. Amends 921.16,.161.
