GENERAL BILL by Agriculture and Consumer Services ; Forman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) KURTH

Dangerous Dogs; allows local governments to adopt breed specific regulations; revises provisions re authority of local governments to place further restrictions or additional requirements on owners of dangerous dogs or to develop procedures & criteria for implementation of state law governing dangerous dogs; removes restriction that no local regulation be specific to breed, etc. Creates 767.06; amends 767.12,.14, 784.05.
