Public School Funding; creates Task Force on Public School Funding; revises funding for exceptional student education programs; revises provisions re instruction outside required number of school days; converts pilot program for scholarships for students with disabilities to statewide application; creates "Equity in School-Level Funding Act", etc. Amends FS.
