GENERAL BILL by Saunders

Underage Witness Protection; provides that discussion or activity that is not a meeting for purposes of specified provision does not waive attorney-client privilege; requires judge to protect witness under specific age during interrogation & to restrict unnecessary repetition of questions; requires that questions be stated in form appropriate to age & understanding of witness. Amends 90.502,.612.
