GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Resource ; Natural Resources ; Agriculture and Consumer Services ; Laurent

Aquaculture; provides duties of Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept. re certain state lands; provides for disposition of fees for aquaculture leases; revises aquaculture lease contract fee & performance requirements; provides for depredation endorsement on saltwater products license; provides penalties for illegal buying & selling of marine products; provides for fees & equitable rent re stone crabs, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $481,457.
