Driving or Boating Under Influence; reduces number of convictions required for felony DUI & BUI; amends conditions for conviction in cases of accident, serious bodily injury, or death; allows law enforcement officer to place person in protective custody under certain circumstances; requires law enforcement officer to inform person that refusal to submit to certain tests is misdemeanor, etc. Amends Chs. 316, 327, 921.0022, 938.07; creates 397.6755.
