GENERAL BILL by Silver

Bail Bond & Surety Agents; revises requirements for build-up funds posted by bail bond agent; authorizes agent to charge certain transfer fees for use of credit card; amends provisions re continuing education requirements for bail bond agents; clarifies minimum course requirements; prohibits bail bond agent from initiating contact with certain individuals for purposes of soliciting business, etc. Amends Chs. 648, 903, 907.041.
