GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; Barreiro ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harper ; Bullard

Criminal Rehabilitation; redesignates area of program services within DOC as program, transition, & postrelease services; requires dept. to designate certain number of beds to be used for transition assistance; creates Addiction-Recovery Supervision Program Act; requires dept. to contract with faith-based groups & private organizations to operate substance abuse transition housing programs, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $5,005,514.
