GENERAL BILL by Mealor ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bense ; Pickens ; Cusack ; Bullard ; McGriff ; Wiles ; Wishner

Motor Vehicles; provides that foster parent or group home representative who signs application for learner's driver's license for minor who is in foster care is not, by reason of having signed application, assuming any obligation or liability for any damages caused by minor, etc. Amends 322.09; creates 627.746.
