Property Crimes; provides second-degree felony penalties for theft of certain emergency medical equipment; authorizes merchant or merchant's employee to provide business address for purposes of any investigation re offense of retail theft; provides felony penalty for unlawfully possessing antishoplifting or inventory control device countermeasures; makes unlawful surveillance of customers in merchants' dressing rooms, etc. Amends FS.
