GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Public Health; expands type of personnel & facilities that may accept abandoned newborns; amends provision re Florida Patient's Bill of Rights & Responsibilities to replace references to term "physical handicap" with term "handicap"; revises provisions re pharmacy wholesaler permits; specifies that screenings for specified medical disorders must be performed by state Public Health Laboratory, etc. Amends FS.
