Land Acquisition & Management; revises goals & performance measures for Florida Forever projects of DEP & water management districts; defines "conservation lands"; exempts Greenway lands from certain public notice & hearing requirements prior to sale, lease, exchange, or grant of easement; revises conditions under which certain lands titled to board of trustees may be declared surplus lands, etc. Amends Chs. 253, 259, 298.22, 369.255; repeals 259.101(8).
