Uniform Athlete Agents Act; revises certain provision to adopt uniform law for regulating athlete agents; provides for service of process & issuance of subpoenas; requires registration of athlete agents & provides requirements therefor; provides for issuance & renewal of certificates of registration; provides for suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew registration; provides for temporary registration, etc. Creates 468.4611-.4631; repeals 468.451-.457.
