CS/SB 1512: Water Supply Policy
GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Bronson
Water Supply Policy; recognizes significance of water conservation; requires consideration of implementation of water conservation practices in water-use permitting; provides for Agric. & Consumer Services Dept. to establish agricultural water conservation program; specifies elements of program; requires PSC to allow certain alternative water-supply facilities to recover costs incurred for alternative water supplies, etc. Creates 373.621, 570.081; amends 373.1961.
