SB 1632: Excise Tax on Documents
GENERAL BILL by Silver
Excise Tax on Documents; provides that tax imposed under this section applies to certificates of title issued in judicial sale of real property pursuant to court order or final judgement issued in foreclosure proceeding; provides method for computing tax; provides that this act is to clarify, not change, law; provides for retroactive applicability. Amends 201.02.
