GENERAL BILL by Smith
Jurors; provides for jurors to be taken from registered electors, rather than from persons possessing driver's license or identification card; deletes provisions requiring HSMV to send lists of persons in departmental database to clerks of court; provides for voter lists to be used for jury selection; deletes requirement that department provide certain information to courts, etc. Amends 40.01,.011,.022, 98.095, 322.20.
