GENERAL BILL by Gelber
Assault & Battery/Enhanced Penalties; provides enhanced penalties for offenses of assault, battery, aggravated assault, or aggravated battery on security officer licensed by Dept. of State or on investigator employed by Bureau of Regulation & Enforcement of Dept. of State; provides that person convicted of violation under act may not have adjudication of guilt or imposition of sentence suspended or withheld, etc. Amends 784.081; creates 784.074.
