GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care
Long-term Care; provides legislative findings re needs of state's elderly population; requests that Governor establish interagency panel to make recommendations for coordinating services provided by state agencies & increasing quality of care provided to elderly; requires AHCA & Elderly Affairs Dept. to improve enforcement of regulatory standards & adopt rules governing nursing homes & assisted living facilities, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
