Workers' Compensation; requires judge of compensation claims to consider interests of worker & worker's family when approving settlements of workers' compensation claims; requires appropriate recovery of any child support arrearage from such settlements; excludes certain sports officials from definition of "employee"; excludes certain work done by state prisoners & county inmates from definition of "employment", etc. Amends FS.
