GENERAL BILL by Peaden ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lawson
Red Light Safety Act; defines term "traffic-infraction detector"; authorizes counties & municipalities to enact ordinances permitting use of said detectors; provides penalties for traffic-control-signal violations detected by detectors; provides that detectors must meet certain requirements; prohibits issuance of license plates or revalidation stickers when fines are outstanding for violations detected by detectors, etc. Amends Ch. 316, 320.03.
