Violent Crime & Drug Control Council; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1864,2086) renames Fla. Violent Crime Council as Fla. Violent Crime & Drug Control Council; prescribes duties & responsibilities of said council; renames Violent Crime Emergency Account as Violent Crime Investigative Emergency & Drug Control Strategy Implementation Account; prohibits interception of police communications for certain purposes, etc. Amends Ch. 943, 760.40, 985.3065; creates 843.167.
