Money Transmitter's Code; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1526,314) provides penalties for specified violations of deferred presentment act; provides for continuation of certain administrative proceedings under certain circumstances; eliminates authority to assess examination fees; adds fee for authorized vendor or branch locations; creates "Deferred Presentment Act, etc. Amends Ch. 560; creates 560.401-.408. APPROPRIATION: $150,000.
