Relief/Hopkins & Bowman; provides for relief of Towanna Denise Hopkins, incompetent, by & through Willie Lee Hopkins, her father & legally appointed guardian, Robert Keith Bowman, Jr., son of Towanna Denise Hopkins, & Willie Lee Hopkins, individually; authorizes & directs Fla. Board of Regents, USF, & USF Health Sciences Center Insurance Co. to compensate them for injuries & damages sustained as result of negligence of agents, etc. APPROPRIATION: $3,693,896.
