GENERAL BILL by Council for Competitive Commerce ; Green ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Goodlette
Financial Institutions; deletes provisions re reservation of proposed names of financial entities with Dept. of State; clarifies certain exemption provisions re reports by financial institutions for money laundering purposes; provides for right of survivorship re sums on deposit in certain accounts under certain circumstances; provides criteria for formation of banker's bank, etc. Amends Chs. 655, 658, 663.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
