SB 540: White Collar Crime Victim Protection

GENERAL BILL by Burt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

White Collar Crime Victim Protection; creates White Collar Crime Victim Protection Act; provides that person commits aggravated white collar crime if such crime is committed against certain persons or against state agency or political subdivision; provides that communication made by or through use of Internet was made in every county of state for purposes of prosecuting certain fraudulent practices, etc. Creates 775.0844; amends 910.15, 921.0022.
