HB 641: Campaign Financing

GENERAL BILL

Campaign Financing; provides that only individuals may contribute to candidates for election to or retention in office; raises contribution limits; prohibits advertisements intending to influence public policy or vote of public official from mentioning, showing, or using voice of any candidate for office during specified period preceding general election; provides for civil fine, etc. Amends Ch. 106, 420.503,.512; repeals 106.082, 627.0623, 655.019.
