GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Brown-Waite

Money Transmitters' Code; eliminates examination fees; provides that person registered under specified provision is exempt from registration fee required to engage in activities under certain provisions; provides for extended registration period; provides for notice of branch location openings & closings; provides fees for branch locations & authorized vendors, etc. Amends 560.119,.204-.208, 560.307,.308; repeals 560.118(1)(d) & (e).
