Governmental Reorganization; deletes reference to Dept. of Banking & Finance & substitutes Dept. of Insurance & Financial Services; creates Office of Chief Financial Officer; creates Dept. of Insurance & Financial Services; creates Offices of Commissioner of Insurance, Commissioner of Financial Services, & Commissioner of Securities; provides for preservation of validity of judicial or administrative actions involving such departments, etc. Amends Ch. 20. APPROPRIATION: $227,984.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
