CS/SB 718: Drug-Free Workplaces
GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; King ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Drug-Free Workplaces; clarifies that drug testing must be conducted in conformity with section to qualify as having drug-free workplace program; requires certain contractors to implement drug-free workplace program under certain circumstances. Amends 440.102.
