Brokers & Appraisers; creates "Broker's & Appraiser's Lien on Commercial Real Estate Act"; specifies conditions under which commission is earned & payable; provides address requirements for required notices to brokers; specifies conditions under which broker is entitled to lien on commercial real estate & requires disclosure of such right in commission agreement; provides for affidavit identifying brokers due commission, etc. Creates Ch. 714; amends 475.42.
