GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Silver
Disposition of Traffic Fines; revises requirements for use of funds collected from moving traffic violations; requires that such funds be used to fund automation for law enforcement agencies in certain counties in which municipality has been declared to be in state of financial emergency. Amends 318.21.
