GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Silver ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Latvala ; Sullivan ; Peaden ; Sanderson
Physical Fitness Facility/Sales Tax; provides that dues & fees paid to private physical fitness facilities are not subject to tax on sales, use, & other transactions; excludes country clubs from exemption for physical fitness facilities; provides that exemption does not apply to contracts entered into & financed prior to effective date of this act. Amends 212.02.
