Correctional Privatization Comm.; prohibits executive director, member, or employee of Correctional Privatization Commission from acting as consultant for criminal justice entity; provides penalties; provides for commission & its staff to be under control of DMS; provides for OPPAGA rather than Auditor General to certify certain cost savings & evaluate contracts & private contractors that construct & operate prisons. Amends 957.03,.07,.11.
