GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Campbell
Felony Offenses; provides enhanced penalty for offense of fleeing or eluding law enforcement officer if, in course of violation, defendant causes serious bodily injury to another; ranks offense of aggravated fleeing or eluding; prohibits certain acts by movers involving shipper's household goods; provides penalty, etc. Amends 316.1935, 921.0022; creates 812.158; reenacts 318.17, 322.61.
