Educator Professional Liability Ins.; provides legislative intent; requires educator professional liability insurance coverage for all full-time instructional personnel; provides for specific appropriations in General Appropriations Act; extends such coverage at cost to part-time instructional personnel & to all administrative personnel. Creates 231.800.
