HB 999: Violation of Election Code
GENERAL BILL by Gelber
Violation of Election Code; provides that any person who conspires with another person to violate election code or who knowingly gives aid to person who has violated code with intent to help such person avoid or escape detection, arrest, trial, or punishment shall be punished as if he or she had committed violation; provides penalties. Amends 104.091.
