GENERAL BILL by Waters
Health Insurance/Military Persons; specifies that termination of employment of employee after period of active military duty constitutes separate qualifying event for purposes of allowing employee to elect to continue coverage under employer's group health plan; provides time period within which individual may elect to continue coverage under employer's group health plan after TRICARE coverage terminates, etc. Amends 627.6692.
