Public Records/Investigative Reports; provides exemption from public-records requirements for investigative incident reports that are ordered sealed by court; provides certain exceptions; exempts information re existence of sealed investigative incident report from public-records requirements; provides for release of such information for specified purposes of employment or licensing; prohibits unlawful release of information; provides penalty, etc. Creates 943.0596.
