Medicaid Overpayments/Recovery; specifies additional requirements for Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of Legal Affairs Dept. & Medicaid program integrity program; extends whistle-blower protection to employees of Medicaid providers reporting Medicaid fraud or abuse; allows AHCA to take action against licensee in certain circumstances; prescribes additional requirements re provider enrollment; requires that AHCA deny provider's application under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
