GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Saunders
Emergencies & Disasters/Response; provides requirement for instruction of certain health care licensees on conditions caused by nuclear, biological, & chemical terrorism, as condition of initial licensure, &, in lieu of requirement for instruction on HIV & AIDS, as condition of relicensure; provides continuing education credits to health care practitioners for certain life support training, etc. Amends Chs. 381, 401, 456, 458, 459.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
