Health Care/Prof. Responsibility; transfers to Health Dept. powers, duties, functions, & assets that relate to consumer complaint services, investigations, & prosecutorial services performed by AHCA under contract with dept.; provides additional conditions for impaired practitioners to enroll in treatment program as alternative to discipline; provides continuing education credits to health care practitioners for certain life support training, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $50,000.
