GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Allen ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Machek

Brownfield Redevelopment; redefines term "local financial support exemption option" re tax refund program; revises criteria for participation in bonus refund program; revises formula for calculating refund; provides for use of certain unencumbered, undisbursed funds from Quick-Response Training Program & brownfield redevelopment bonus refunds; provides for grants to designated areas. Amends 288.106,.107, 376.80.
